Each package includes delivery (free within a ten (10) mile radius), set up, and take down. During setup we will either scatter balloons across the common area and include a customized banner greeting and/or provide balloons on top of each teepee.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to hold your rental reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
We work more with colors; however, we will do our best to accommodate what you are looking for and are working to expand our options.
We hope the room has enough space for the setup and will not move heavy furniture. At our discretion, we can assist with some light rearrangement. We will do our absolutely best to try and make everything fit. On occasion, we split the teepees into different areas.
There will be no credit if you ask to remove one or more teepees from the original order.
We prefer payment via Zelle, made payable to rosario@teepeefuntime.com. However, we do accept credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal. Any credit card transactions will incur a minor fee to cover the processing fee charged us.
Yes. Ideally, teepee count needs to be finalized one (1) week prior to the event however we will do our best to accommodate up until the last day. Any last-minute teepee additions, subject to availability, will be $75 each (instead of $60). The invoice will not be adjusted down if you decrease the number of teepees within the last week.
Yes. We can set up in a commercial space like a hotel or other non-residential address. It will incur a flat fee of $75 for 4 or less teepees and $100 for 5-8 teepees. Please see us for a quote if you are reserving more than 8 teepees.
We do not charge extra to climb up to the second floor.
Yes, we include delivery and set up as part of the package price. If outside of a 10 miles radius of 77494, there will be a travel fee based on the location of the event.
You can cancel your rental up to 24 hours before your scheduled setup date/time however any deposit will be used as credit for a future event within the same calendar year.
If for whatever reason, we need to cancel and cannot reschedule, your deposit will be refunded.
